If you have never tried Reindeer before, it is a 'must' for all meat-eating people who visit Lapland. The Reindeer has a distinct taste to it which most people absolutely love, but of course there are those who don not like it.
Dried Reindeer meat is prepared traditionally, salted and hanged outdoors in the Lapland winter for a while, in February-March usually.
Fresh Reindeer meat can also be purchased fresh and vacuum packed. We can supply as much as you would like, but depending on the delivery address, we will need to make precautions for making sure the transportation and time for is good.
